Order
Yes — and it’s a generous one. All of our eyewear comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers both frames and lenses against defects. Because we believe luxury should last.
Alternatively we recommend our in house premium lenses which give you a 2 year accidental scratch coverage.
We can't replace them if the following applies to your glasses:
- They were damaged deliberately or through neglect
- They have been used improperly or carelessly
- They have normal wear and tear
- They have been damaged by cleaning without following our care guide
- They were damaged by heat
If your frames are damaged beyond repair outside of the two year warranty period, we're sorry, but we can't replace them. Maybe it's time for a new style?
Absolutely. Whether you need single vision or readers, we’ve got your prescription needs covered. Just upload your valid prescription at checkout or later via email — and we’ll handle the rest.
Most non prescription orders ship the next day. Custom prescription lenses will take a little longer - 7-10 working days - but good things (and good vision) are worth the wait. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your eyewear hits the road.
Every order comes with a premium microfiber cloth and a soft pouch to keep your frames free of dust, as well as a microsuede-lined case to protect your glasses.
Keep your eyewear away from high heat, such as a parked car, opening an oven door, or a sauna, as extreme temperatures can cause acetate frames to bend or lose their shape and destroy your lens coating.
Avoid resting your glasses on your head, which can stretch the frame and make them loose.
Never place the lenses face-down or on rough surfaces like sand to prevent scratches.
Do not use shirts, chemicals, or aerosols like hair spray to clean your glasses, as they can strip or peel the lens coating.
Of course. Style doesn’t need a prescription. All of our optical frames and sunglasses are available with or without corrective lenses.

Refund and return policy
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your eyewear — no fuss, no questions. Just ensure everything’s in its original condition.
No worries. Our frames are designed with comfort and style in mind — but if something feels off, you’ve got 30 days to return or exchange. Think of it as a pressure-free fitting room.
It’s normal for new lenses to take a little time to adjust — usually adaptation can take upto two weeks. However, if your lenses still feel uncomfortable, cause strain, or don’t seem to improve your vision after that period, you are entitled to a 30 day refund or exchange. Please contact us.
We’ll be happy to double-check your prescription, lens measurements, and frame to make sure everything is accurate.

A side note: It is important to confirm your prescription is correct with the optometrist who tested you.
